I.R.A.

Imagine
Imagine a world without managers
for it would be hopeless
a place where there were no leaders and only followers
nobody to bring out the best in you
no teachers to teach, no managers to direct, and no inspiration
A bland, ordinary, routine place where nothing is achieved

Reminisce
Reminisce about a classroom that wasn’t a classroom
But in fact a 15 week management prep session
Where learning was key by experiencing, instead of reading
A place where eggs where dropped
Legos were built
Characters put to the test
A place where you learned more about yourself, participated in many groups,
Given the chance to determine your grade
And learned failing is an option
(well except on the tests)

Now that you have imagined the worst and reminisced about the best
The only thing left to do is
Achieve
